If in its pages there is even a passing pleasure for you, its mission of affectionate greeting is fulfilled. ACKNOWLED GME NT To the girls throughout the school who have given us the abundant material from which to select, to the staff, to the ollice force, and to the teachers-whose never failing efforts, enthusiasm, and earnest co- operation have made this book possible, the editor offers her sincerest thanks.
