Homecoming is gala occasion Homecoming was one of many memorable events. The pep rally joined everyone in enthusiasm. The final cheer was given by Henry Wick. The color guard opened the day carrying the National, State and School flags. The excitement of the day brought over 600 people to see the game and the crowning of the queen. The game started off with the Cougars smashing through the opening circle to the football field. Homecoming queen, Connie Rogier, was crowned at half time. 4 A Fred Slyfield, Tammy McCutchin, Polly Hardy, Martha lfft and Jeff Lewis. Friday night's pep rally is culminated with a traditional bonfire.

Campus is invaded Clif ww, Halloween was celebrated ' with numerous events. A pumpkin carving contest was won by the Saguaro dorms. During the day a cos- tume judging took place for Upper and Lower School, which brought many laughs. Fifth graders presented a Hal- W loween play for the Lower ka School, entitled The Three 4 Terrors . Halloween parties Q were held all over campus.
