Some of the most important aspects of English riding are poise, grace, style and unity with man and his horse. Ellie Trepas instructed the JETS with pride and expertise knowledge. They began learning the art of English riding by learning how to bridle, saddle and mount correctly. Learning the correct stature of walking and Canter- ing were at first difficult. After mastering it, they went on to higher things such as vaulting and later, horse shows. Participating in such a sport and wanting to master it took long, tiring hours, but the glory in knowing they were successful was worth it. ,A , , ' , K ' Ev, .J 1 . ' ' . ' .. .N 1,1-,v in .
