Avid golfers, or just interested students found the golf team both relaxing and competitive. Matches were set up for players who wished to compete with students from other schools. Others just practiced their strokes and learned the basics instructed by Hank Wick. They practiced at Mountain Shadows Resort two or three times a week. 65
