Valedictorian Randy Lindquist Randy Lindquist was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on june l, 1958, but bas lived for tbe past eigbt years in Saudi Arabia. He placed first in bis class acbieying one of tbe bigbest grade point averages ever made at -l udson. As well as maintaining top grades, Randy was an active participant in many sports. ln bowling be scored 277, a record held by few bowlers. l,ast year be received tbe ASU Medallion of Merit Award wbicb included a full year sebolarsbip to ASU. He was selected in bis junior year to tbe National Honor Society and to Quill and Scroll in bis senior year. He plans to attend eitber Harvard or one of the Arizona Universities, majoring in pre-law. alutatorian mily Murphy Nliss lfmily Ann Murphy was born on january 29, 1958 in Green Bay, ll'isconsin. Sbe moyed to Scottsdale, Arizona in l97l and bas attended udson tbe last four years. lfmily Ann was selected to tbe National Honor Society ber junior year and was cbosen to Quill and Scroll in ber sopbomore year. Sbe was lionored ber senior year by being selected to VVlio's Vvbo in America Higb Scbool Students. lfmily Ann not only participated in tbree National Art Sbows but also bad tbe distinction of receiving tour firsts and two seconds in tbe painting category. Sbe organized, designed and belped paint tbree large murals on tbe -ludson Campus and is tbis year's recipient of tbe -ludson Scbool Senior Art Award. Sbe also entered in ber first international art sbow in Nice, France. lfmily Ann was accepted and plans to attend tbe Minneapolis Scbool of Art and Design tbis September. 56
