MID HIPME During the summer, we were visited by eight midshipmen, four from the Naval Academy and four from ROTC units at Villanova, Penn State, North Carolina, and Dartmouth. We also had an officer from each ofthe Belgian, German, and Italian navies as part ofa NATO exchange program. All of these people were aboard for a short while to learn a little about our Navy and we, in turn, learned a little from them.
