CEAN CARTER In September of 1955, a large class of us Sophomores gathered in the auditorium. We were to sigh, giggle, moan, groan, and sometimes even study our way through three years of high school. We entered with the determination of someday attaining our goal. lfootball games, final exams, exciting basketball games, the Junior-Senior Prom, the Senior Play, bewitching Corona- tion, fabulous Military Ball, and especially, numerous friends were all too soon transformed into ancient history. Yes, we Seniors, with our memories, honors, and diplomas will soon close the door on our high school days. We'd like to thank the very capable faculty of J.H.S. for all their co-operation and understanding, that they have shown us. Somehow it is hard for us to say good-bye to the people and events which have helped us live three of the happiest years of our lives. So we will say as the French say, Au reV0ir-until We meet again.
