Throughout the year plans were made for a possible trip to Mexico during the summer of 1960. C116 Probably one of the most helpful clubs at J.H.S. is the Library Club. This club is made up of students who are interested in library work. Library Club members are extremely helpful in keeping our li- brary in good condition. They mend worn books, help Mrs. Wilbourn during rush periods, keep library books in the right order on the shelves, and perform many other services. These experiences they gain in library work will help the students 'who want to become librarians. These students, as well as those not want- ing to become librarians, will benefit from these experiences by learning to be system- atic, accurate in detail work, and thorough in organization. As librarian, Mrs. Wfilbourn supervises the checking out of machines to Mrs. Nail, Mrs. Brown, and Mrs. Gray. The library has all types of audio- visual aids which are available to the teachers for their class work. Class take advantage of the excellent facilities in the library. 57
