Smith continues to be a place, an atmosphere and a tradition in Christian Higher Education, We want it to remain a place where the freedom to teach and the freedom to learn are care- fully maintained; where we become skilled in the organization and understanding of the complex re- lations between man in a modern society. Our institution ' s tradition is in its product which through the years has consisted of men and women of solid attainments, living lives of usefulness, measuring up to their responsibilities and contribut- ing to the betterment of their communities.
