T R fl T I n f- resident J r A eSAciUi To the 1953 Bull Staff, congratulations. To the student botlv, greetings and good wishes For the present and future. To the members ot the graduating class I shall leaxewith you this thought as vou leave the institution and go out into the activities of a busy world. An indi ' iduai ma ' de ' 0te his or her life to emphasizing what might well be termed the negative qualities in the world. One may, on the other hand, dedicate himself or herself to positive values. I would suggest four of the great values to which one may devote himself or herself with great profit and satisfaction. One of those values is man, the most positive of God ' s creations. Another is complete education, the most positive force in the development of man other than religion. A third is democracy, the most positive system devised by men for living and working together and finally, religion, the integrating force that makes all else effective. Theodus L.
