Dean Theophilus E. McKinney is a graduate of Morehouse College, At- lanta, Ga., and of Boston University, where he secured the Master ' s degree. For five years prior to the school year 1929- ' 30, Dean McKinney was dean at the Agricultural and Mechanical College at Greensboro, N. C. While serving as dean at A. and T. College, Dean McKinney called the first meeting of representatives from the many negro institutions of higher learning and formed what has since been known as The National Association of Collegiate Deans and Registrars in Negro Colleges.
