Sophomore Stacey Johnson selects books instyle. 12 FASHIONS i Looking Good in '84 s students mingled with their friends, they displayed a mixture of looks for 1984. Some chose sweaters and baggies to continue the preppie look. Mini skirts as well as colored hose and pumps returned to the fashion scene. The western attire caught the eye of the cowboys and cowgirls of today. Boots and hats made the western look as well as shirts and belts. The Tyler department stores carried the appealing mini skirt, a must for any girl's wardrobe. ln the shoe category, pumps became a favorite with some JT students who bought them in all spring hues. i
