This year the students themselves became more involved and contributed more to the success of the pep rallies than in years past. The performances by the Majorettes, Drill Team, Band and Cheerleaders were a main attraction and a reason for the pep rallies' success weekly. Occassional appearances by the Flag Corps and the IT Dimensions also helped to bring spirit to its peak. 18 . , . Melanie Cash boogies to the beat. Soc Hops Mark Malone and Ann Bailey add a country touch. Many people danced the night away at the Soc Hops. Such musical hits as 'lMore Bounce to the Ounce, llCelebration, and the llCotton Eyed Joe carried them through the night. The Soc Hops were a project of the Student Congress.
