It is the processing center for everyones ' service records and anything relating to them. Incoming and outgoing correspondence is routed through here to maintain accountabihty on the massive amounts of forms it takes to run a ship. The Ship ' s Office also includes the 3M Coordinator who maintains the PMS records and monitors work packages. The Postal Clerk runs the Post Office and can handle anything the larger ones do. The Corpsman, our doctors, help keep the crew healthy and treat our illnesses, while they ' re always ready to supply emergency medical treatment.
