EXECUTIVE OFFICER LIEUTENANT COMMANDER GERARD P. HUEBER United States Navy Lieutenant Commander Hueber is a 1981 graduate of the United States Naval Academy w ith a Bachelor of Sciences degree. He is the son of Anastasia and the late James Hueber and was raised with his two brothers and two sisters in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania. In his first sea tour. Lieutenant Command Hueber ser ed as , nti- Submarine Warfare Officer in USS DOWNES (FF 1070). He attended the Surface Warfare OtTicer School in New port. Rhode Island, with follow on department head tours as Operations Officer in USS SAMUEL B. ROBERTS (FFG 58) and USS JOUETT (CG 29). .Additional sea tours include Commander Cruiser Destroyer Group Three where he served as Flag Lieutenant. His shore assignments include Fleet .Anti-Submarine Warfare 1 1. lining Center. Pacific where he served as instructor and Course Coordinator for the ASW Officer Course. Commander Training Command U.S. Pacific Fleet where he served as Flag Lieutenant, and the Bureau of Nas al Personnel w here he served as the Amphibious Placement Officer I Pers-4 1 .M). Lieutenant Ctmimander llueber ' s awards include the MeritonouN Service Medal. Na Commendation Medal (4) and various Unit and Service aw ards Lieutenant Commandei Hueber is married to the former Loretta Looby of Philadelphia. Pennsylvania and they reside in Coronado. California with their two children l:mil and Matthew.

COMMAND MASTER CHIEF IVlasier Chief Roebuck enlisted in the navy in August 1970. After completion of recruit training, he attended Boiler Technician A School, located at Naval Training Center. Great Lakes. Illinois. His first tour of duty was aboard USS D RE.SS ( DD ■SSOi uhere he was assigned BTFN and was ad- vanced to the rates of BT3 and BT2. In September 1974. Master Chief Roebuck attended Boiler Technician B School and upon completion received orders to Shore Support Group San Diego, California. San Diego. California where he served as an instructor. His ne.xt Assignment was back to sea aboard the USS WADDFLL (DDG 24) until December 19S.S. In February 1986. he received orders back to Fleet Training Center, San Diego. California. In June 19S9, Master Chief Roebuck received orders to Mobile Training Team, [iastem Pacific.
