This is the job facing each Ledger secretary during home room period ever)’ day. Regular meetings arc held monthly by Mr. William Rciton, the adviser. Here each secretary must give an up to date account of the money collected from students. THE HAYRIDE Producing 'I he Hjyruh is a year-long job from the day in the fall when questionnaires are distributed and seniors choose their class motto, colors, and flower until pictures have been taken and activities and organizations have been gathered, typed, and printed. Meanwhile, the arc staff under the guidance of Mrs. Helen Chudoba has been busy with title pages and art work. After the planning and preparation of copy, proof reading and pasting up the dummy for the final printing still remain. Art Staff Editorial Staff Josephine Bailey. GIRLS GLEE CLUB You don't have to be a master of music to join the Girls Glee club, but these girls do a good job. The more training the)’ get, the more appearances they have on stage. Learning to sing the correct notes of music and to keep on their various keys is nor an easy task, but this is one of the things that has to be learned before singing in the club. Music is a fundamental way of expressing one's feelings. These girls add their part to this art.
