Laskowski was born 26 April 1957 in Fre- mont, MI. He joined the Navy in August of 1975 and reported to Great Lakes, IL where he graduated from Recruit Training. After completion of recruit training he attended Cryptologic Technician CCollectionJ A school at Naval Technical Training Center, Corry Station, Pensacola, Florida. During his initial sea duty assignments he made three Indian Ocean deployments aboard USS ENTERPRISE CCVN-65J, USS CONSTELLATION CCV-649 and USS STERETT CCG-315. He later served aboard USS KITTY HAWK CCV-631 and USS MON- TEREY CCG-611. He served at Naval Security Group Activity, Mis- awa, Japang NSGA, Homestead Florida and NSGA, Edzell Scotland. Additionally, he successfully completed two instructor tours at NTTC, Corry Station, Pensacola, Florida and his second tour as the LCPO for the Corry Station Cryptologic Training Department. His awards include a Navy Commendation Medal Ctwo awardsj, Navy Achievement Medal Cthree awardsj, Navy Unit Citation, Meri- torious Unit Citation, Battle Efficiency Ev Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal Cfive awardsj, Navy Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Sea Service Deploy- ment Ribbon Cfour awardsj, Overseas Service Ribbon Cthree awardsj and the NATO Medal. Master Chief Laskowski is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 77. He is qualified as an Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and a Master Training Specialist. Master Chief Laskowski is married to the former Catherine Anne Urcavich of Muskegan, MI. They reside in Seminole, Alabama and have two daughters, Stephanie Anne and Carolyn Marie.

Bot- tom: LCDR Oyler Lieutenant Commander Oyler was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in keeps a vigilant Watch December 1958. After graduation from high school in 1976 he attended Shippensburg Unitversity, in Pennsylvania, graduating in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science. He joined the Navy in 1984 and obtained his commission through Offi- cer Candidate School, Newport, Rhode Island in March 1985. Following initial Division Officer training at Surface Warfare Officers School, Coronado, CA, Lieutenant Commander Oyler reported for duty as First Lieutenant in USS MARVIN SHIELDS CFF 10665, San Diego, CA, in October 1985. During this tour he also served as Navigator!Administrative Officer and completed a Western Pacific deployment. In May 1988, he reported for duty as prospective Combat Information Center Officer for the pre-commissioning crew of USS COMSTOCK CLSD 455. Following a New Orleans com- missioning ceremony in February 1900, COMSTOCK was home- ported in San Diego, CA. In June 1991, Lieutenant Commander Oyler reported to Comman- der, U.S. Naval Activities, United Kingdom as the Administrative Officer. Following this 2-year shore tour in London, he departed for Department Head training in June 1993. In March 1994, Lieutenant Commander Oyler reported as Opera- tions Officer in USS NICHOLSON CDD 9825. During this tour he completed a 15-month complex overhaul in Charleston Naval Ship- yard, a homeport shift from Charleston, SC to Norfolk, VA and an Arabian Gulf deployment. From NICHOLSON, he reported to the staff of Commander, Carrier Group Two, in June 1997, as the Tom- ahawk Stiike Officer. During this tour he completed a Mediter- ranean!Arabian Gulf deployment embarked in USS JOHN F. KENNEDY CCV 675. He detached in April 1999 for Prospective Executive Officer training. Lieutenant Commander Oyler reported to his current command in July 1999 as Executive Officer in USS JOHN L. HALL CFFG 325, homeported in Pascagoula, Mississippi. - Lieutenant Commander Oyler, s personal awards include the Navy Commendation Medal C3 awards5, and the Navy Achievement Medal, in addition to several service awards. He is married to the former Nancy Wright of Shippensburg, PA. They have two children, a girl and a boy, Logan C135 and Dustin C115. The Oyler family currently resides in Norfolk, VA. 6 over the Focisle dur- ing high-line chair evolution with the Bloys Van Treslong.
