ET's maintain and repair a multitude of equip- ments including a communication suite capable of instantaneous worldwide COMMS, Radars ca- pable of detecting contacts from 50 yards to 500 miles and Navigation equipment displaying ship's position in any weather with pinpoint ac- curacy. ICMEN maintain all interior communica- tions systems, ship's gyro, underwater log and helicopter control landing aids. They also per- form the very important function of maintaining the crew's entertainment system including the scheduling and monitoring of various programs via the SITE system.
