The Legislative Council has changed its members and our little Indian friend is a member now. lt is his responsibility to carry the suggestions to the meet- ings. Joe is a member of the most important organization in the school. His responsibilities are greater than he could have imagined. Suggestions brought up by his classmates must be brought u'p in Legislative Council if they are wor- thy and the council's decision is explained and carried back to the class room. Being a member of the Legislative Council is one of the most honored positions Joe has ever held and it has helped him to understand the difficult govern- mental procedure.
