Again this year English is being taught in the phase system. For freshman, English I is required, for all freshmen. All other students may select their courses. Participating in this system are Mr. Joseph Haag, Miss Paulette Cwidak, Mr. John Drapek, Mrs. Suellen Streich, Mrs. Babette Maza, and Mrs. Patricia Weiler. Standing in front of a lecturn gives Cindy Jones a feeling of isolation. . . Searching for Jim Steinke may be nervous, but he doesn ' t show it as he explains the techniques of photography. Reacting to the varying moods of their English classes are Mrs. Betty McLemore, Miss Mary Virginia Rosenfeld, Miss Barbara Ringer, and Mr. Peter Holmgren.
