Www More often than not, our emotions are so vital, so stimulating that they form an attitude within us. We refer to 'good' days and A 'bad' days, but actually, the days themselves are pretty stable, it's our feelings that change. When we spend hours deciding on a class schedule and then get to the arena only to find things don't work out, it's a down day. When' we're having a great time on a Happy Birthday, it's an up day. Occasionally our MOODS last for days or weeks, sometimes they last only as long as an overpowering emotion such as the ioy of becoming Homecoming Queen or the anxiety of selecting iust the right iob. One thing is sure, when wefeel good and happy, nothing can keep us down, notthe steam over the spaghetti pot, and not the rainy weather. Moods 9
