The sciences tchemistry, physics, biologyl, useful at any time but almost a requisite now, are but a few. Others are the shop subjects: machine shop gives a fine background for any mechanical work as Well as forming the basis ot a substantial civilian trade, and wood shop, which has the building of model airplanes as its special wartime project. This not only acquaints the students with the technicalities of the machines, but enables them to identify plane types by the structure.
