UNIOR JAY EXCEL I PIRIT To the untrained eye it would appear that the Junior High basketball season was a dismal failure, but to the astute sports fan it was obvious that this was a year of rebuilding. Quit is simply not in the Joelton dictionary and though the team suffered losses, there were high points in the season with the dazzling play of Brian Ransom, and Thomas Boyd and the high jumping of Calvin Little and Orlando McCroskey. Coach Pugh can be proud of his team for they carried on in the true joelton tradition. The fans can look forward to a brighter future for joelton basketball. 5, H , f, - i rf., : 1mggQf,,,,q,c,fv,1,?55Wf,ffeff: A , ' fr ' -- .' 1 fi Y' . fi' ' ff ' L .I K Tommy Ray, Terry Highsmith, Thomas Boyd, Thomas jones, Calvin Little, Brian Ransom, Orlando McCrosky, Troy Galbreath, Ricky Baird, Richard Suter, Tommy Gregory, Coach Pugh. 6?
