Rev. Clyde H. LeBlanc, S. . President Dear Friends, Students and Graduates of 1984, Greetings in the Lord! The future is now and 1984 A that Orwellian year of doom -is upon us. Big Brother is an all too real figure throughout the world, but fortunately for us, he is not as present as George Orwell feared for our society in his marvelous novel, 1984. Would that the world would take on the concept of Big Brotherhood that is alive in the halls of Jesuit College Prep. I look upon the Big Brother program developed here as a cornerstone of our community. It and our Senior Community Service program are two shining examples of the ideal of being Men for Others. As I walk down the corridors and see the Seniors working hand in hand with Freshmen, I reflect proudly on the leader- ship qualities being developed here, and I pray truly that what is learned here by example can become infectuous and spread to the greater communities that we are all involved in here W in Dallas and in our Churches. Much has happened and many developments have transpired during this school year, and the pages to follow will unfold the riches therein for all to see and to remember many years hence.
