PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE REVER Pffffffpaig' KAMMER S I To the Class of '55: d h faculty engaged in an experiment to see A good deal depended on you. You an t e just how much the upperclassmen could assume of responsibility and control without hurting Christ's good order or wrecking the purpose of one of Christ's schools. You have proved that boys, without ceasing to be boys, can make good partners in Christ. In your time, because of you, Jesuit High School has changed . . . not spectacu- larly, but fundamentally. You have created a greater difference than any previous class. Those of us who will carry on after you leave want to say thank you. What Will happen to you? Will you take away as much of God's good things as you have left behind for us? You can . . . if you will live by the same principle that made you a senior class to remember. That principle was to hold yourselves like men who are conscious that they carry the face of Christ before the world. Behaving like seniors who wore the face of Christ, you took on dignity, you took on meaning, you mattered to your school and your town. You can continue to have dignity, you can continue to have meaning, you can continue to matter wherever you go and whatever you do, if you will always proudly wear the face of Christ and remember that you do. fZ5fhaff?f6fff1QQ-If
