heorles Applled , aper air plane contests and egg drops may seem to be strange maybe even unrecogmzable activities for some yet these were activities in which Physics students participated Activities such as these were very important for the students so that they could see the physics theories applied to thmgs that they could understand Many of the Physics students plan on pursueing this field of study because once they have tried physics they see how much in their every day lives to which it applies Students planned and worked for long periods of time to make the structures for one of their ac tivlties They had to weigh a certlan amount and meet other specifications which were set by their teachers before they began building their structures for this project. These projects were not only a lot of fun but also very challanging. They were also learning experiences for me, because if my structure did not meet specifications I had to modify it until the specifications were met, Steven Butler said.
