ABOVE LEFT: Mrs. Noisworthy takes a break in her busy day. Mrs. Betty Noisworthy was curriculum specialist this past year. She was helpful with resolving conflicts, gathering materials for teachers, and arranging field trips and guest speakers. Instructions for computer sheets also took a big part of her day. Mrs. Noisworthy graduated from Georgia Southern College with a B. S. in Social Science. She previously worked as a school teacher at Johnson High School and Savannah High. During her free time, Mrs. Noisworthy engaged in playing golf and doing needlepoint.

HUSTLING AND BUSTLING Every day at Jenkins revolved around the secretaries. Mrs. Lewis was bookkeeper, Mrs. Mell was general secretary and Mrs. Melhorn kept records. In addition to their office duties, these ladies helped students with many problems. The information booth was installed to relieve the secretaries of the task of signing students in and out of school. Answering phones, sorting mail, and typing memos were only part of the busy schedule of the secretaries. Working together, with the information booth, they served the students, faculty and public in many ways. EXTREME UPPER LEFT: Mrs. Mell smiles for the camera while sorting some important papers.
