' Senior High Football Ha , Front Row: Bobby Jordan, Lee Owen Standing Scott Hoover, Craig Bond, Les Abernathy Football is often said to be the game of life, a game where success is measured by the won-lost record. The road to success is not easy because ad- versity may strike at any time . Adversity makes it easy for the weak to quit, but it also makes the strong su-onger. This past season the Patriots were plagued with adversityg i.e, , lack of depth, injur- ies, etc. , but we never quit. We are now stronger in both body and spirit because we never gave up. ' 'Winning isn't everything, but trying to Win is . ' ' To our Seniors we say' 'thanks' ' for giving your best. To om' underclassmen we say that the success of next season will be determined by how hard we work this spring . Coach Edwards .
