Better the World With Cl Song Girls' Select Chorus For the second year a group of girls, whose voices blend, have been chosen for a special chorus. They have the ability to read music as well as to sing. Among the girls are five first sopranos, five second Sopranos, and five altos. They specialize in semi-classical and negro spirituals. Music Is 0ur Pleasure GIRLS QUA RT ET The girls quartet has appeared on several occasions during the year. Each time the group has been well received. The public has particularly enjoyed the num- ber BEAUTY SHOP QUARTET. Barbara Rintala, Ioan Dennis, Pa- tricia Kamppinen, Mary Rugani. ACCOMPANISTS Caroline has acted as one of the school accompanists for the past four years. She also appears on various talent shows. Mary is organist at her church and has as- sisted as a school accompanist for the past two years. Mrs. Brack and Mrs. Eskola are of great value to the musical department in the school. STANDING: Mrs. Eskola, Mrs. Brack. SEATED: Mary Rugani, Caroline Guili. BOYS DOUBLE QUARTET Each year the boys show more musical interest and ability.
