CLASS HISTORY On the first day of school a large number of students were seen bumping their way around school. Who were these misfits? The Freshmen! Consisting of forty-one girls and thirty boys, this class im- mediately launched itself into school activities. Alas! The chorus, band, and many other activities soon had many freshmen members. Pie sales and dances were some of their money- making activities. They selected their leaders, who were: William Parolini - - - - - President James Mustonen - - - - Vice-President Gene Rugani - - - ---- Treasurer Ronald Hiltunen - - - - -Secretary We can only hope that this group will improve as time goes on. Energy and curiosity burn deep in their minds, thus offsetting their lack of knowledge. 34
