The main purpose of the Future Nurses' Club is to stimulate interest in nursing or other medical fields and to acquaint the students with the requirements they must meet for entry into their chosen field of work. At their meetings they had guest speakers from the various fields of medicine, and saw motion pictures on nursing recruitment, physical therapy and rehabilita- tion. To be eligible for membership in the club, the student must be a junior or senior and maintain at least a C average. HACEMOS Spanish Club sponsor, Mrs. Elsie l-lovetmale, steals a taste of the turkey and concedes that it certainly is delicious. james Wo0d's Spanish Club, under the guiding hand of their sponsor, Mrs. Elsie Hover- male, found fun and excitement in a typical night of Spanish' merriment. Everyone helped and the result was a delicious turkey dinner with all the trimmings, followed by dancing and games. The club also joined hands and sold hun- dreds of boxes of candy throughout the area in order to pay for their banquet. After finishing the turkey and the dessert, the students swing into a slow dance rhythm.
