HI-Y CLUB The james Wood Hi-Y Chapter was reorganized again this year. lt is the religious organization at james XX'ood for boys in grades eight through twelve. The Hi-Y endeavors to create, maintain, and extend throughout home, school, and community high standards of Christian liv- ing. All members must strive to maintain the objectives of the club and to attend church regularly. Throughout the year the Hi-Y occasionally sponsors Wednesday morning chapel and the blessing at lunch. MU ALPHA THETA The Mu Alpha Theta Club is a local chapter of the National High School and junior College Mathematics Club. The members are students who take a college preparatory mathematics course and who maintain a B average in the course.
