SPANISH CLUB The purpose of the Spanish Club is to offer the opportunity for the alumni, as well as for those actively engaged in the study of Spanish, to get to- gether for social and mltural activities. At each club meeting a previously chosen Spanish-speaking country is studied through films and discussions. ln this way we learn to appreciate the culture of the people whose language We study in class. Among our social activities each year are an initiation party and rt picnic. 144
