lllll MASS PIHIPHHZY As I was walking down the street in Winchester the other day, I saw a fortune teller's sign, and thought it would be nice to know what the members of the Senior Class would be doing ten years from now. Madame Futura's crystal ball brought forth these astounding predictions. Mary Ann Mcllwee has opened a dancing studio in Winchester, teaching the unique McIlwee Method. Frances Wolford, the famous interior decorator, has just finished redecorating the White House. Hillary Brant is seen on television every Tuesday night sponsored by the Four Roses Garden Club. Dorothy Colfelt is doing charity work in Frederick County. Betty Keiter is still collecting stuffed animals. She collects them for Willie, junior now. Dolly Shifilett, who has been in the Waves for ten years, has ten more years to go before she can retire for smooth sailing. Dwain Place is manufacturing a new kind of car called The Place. His motto is The Place will go any place. Louise Walker is busy these days housekeeping. In her spare time she works in her mother's store in Kernstown. Jane Clevenger is grand winner of the Midget Auto Races held recently at Akron. Kitty and Mary Bragg work for the Mutual Life Insurance Company. More men are taking out insurance policies than ever before. Don Taylor is part owner of one of the largest farms in this part of the country. His farming partner is his little brother John. Nancy Sue Cather, Johanna Kettlewell, Pat Sutherland, Nancy Baker, and Libby Hollis are taking nurses training at john Hopkins University. The doctors there received a lecture recently for not concentrating on their work. Warren Kines is now big time operator for the B Es' M Chevrolet Company. Gardner Brannon, who is a research chemist, has made a great discoveryg it is a new kind of lipstick that is allergic to shirt collars. Phyllis Dick, Irene Russell, Helen Owens, and Lamaris Sager are office workers. They also take an active part in the Flippy Flirts Club. Charles Cochran, who is still in the Marines, is stoop-shouldered from wearing his numerous decorations and medals. Robert Renner is Kernstown's biggest car salesman. He is owner of Renner's Hotrod Haven. Mildred Kirk is still secretary to Mr. Beable. In her spare time she is bookkeeper at Hotrod Haven. Roxanne Roger's thoroughbred horse, Racing Roxy, has just captured all honors at the Kentucky Derby. Since Page Huffman, Robert Catir, and Carroll Dalton are bus drivers, it is harder than ever for the girls to keep up with them. Julian Ebersole, equipped with a brand new police whistle, has advanced to the position of Chief Warden at Sing Sing. Betty Wolford is now a missionary to China. Patsy Smith and Phyllis Herbaugh have traveled around the world five times. Both always did get around quite a bit. Charles Coates, Pat Russell, and Jimmy Hottle, all big time farmers, have a yearly V contest to see which one can produce the biggest and best corn. The judges claim it is a hard task trying to decide whose corn is the corniest! 3?
