September 6, 1941, we entered Bowen High School and began our high school life.
We knew very little about it and were teased constantly by certain exalted personages
called Seniors. However we managed the Freshman year and got acquainted with our
associates, earned Tau Pi Alpha credits and ventured out to the various games.
In our second and third years, we gathered speed and became active in the

in the machinery of Bowen High School.
And soon that machinery rolled us on and over into our Senior year. Then came
Senior Elections in 4B and in 4A, the Class Picnic, the Senior Prom, the Award Assembly,
and Graduation Night. Slowly the book of our high school life began to close as we
lomas and then walked down and out to the music of the recessional.
