Aldo Ganz, Ted Hyze, George Chanek, and Joseph Isek acted as waiters at our super dinner, and guess what, they didn't even break a dish. Of course, we needed- waitresses and dish washers so Jacqueline Blouin, Doris Siegel, Jonas Florez, Dan Martino, Ruth Baker, John Rebecchi, Dorothy Anderson and Olga Korich volunteered and from the noise that came from the kitchen I imagine they had a super time, even if it was washing dishes. To the following people we owe a sincere Thank You, for the splendid work they did in securing a place for our reunion producing the marvelous entertainment, and really planning and carrying out the whole party. Ann Bugos, Chairman, Sylvester Nymcek Co-Chairman, Charlene Hausler, Dorothy Jazinski, Dolores Joworski, Edward Schmidt, Agnes Rezac, Leonard Milewski, and Rose Szchrodrodrowski. Special thanks go to Leonard Mulcahey for the beautiful work and original design our menu covers carried. So not having any more to say about our grand reunion, I will close with the wish that you and your class will have as great a senior year as we have had, and that your reunions will be as memorable as ours have been. Page Eighteen I I , I I This class prophecy is given with due respeclt to the january Graduates, and it was written in the fun .loving spirit dur class has shared for four years. It has no hearing on their 'character or personality or gfurther am- hitions, hut it is just a letter of make belie1I1e suppositions and remarks. I JEANETTE PEARSON I Class of january 1944 I January, 1954 MR. BO BOWEN I President Senior Class 3 Bowen High School, Chicago, Illinois I Dear Siri p Another year has rolled around, which means reunion time for the January 1944 class of Graduates. Each year has scattered odr group a little more, but, despite the distance same travelled, the affair was well attehded, and some even brought their fami ies. Dr. Horace Ivy, M D, acted as master of ceremonies, and, needless to say he did a very marvelous job. It pleased us all immenshly when Lucille Lindmark, Broad- way and Hollywood star, added her sparkling presenlze to the gathering. Let me see now who else of prominence was there? Oh, yes, Carol Nelson, and by the way she is more beautiful than ever, was present with Bernice Priggs, and Eunice Linden. Nancy Nors-trom, voted man hater, was there with her handsome hus- band and two beautiful children. Joe Tabone also cI1me later, and guess what, Edward Yuratovac and Joe are now stars of M.G.M. I thought they would gain Hollywood contracts some day. ' I Well of course our old class officers were sitting at the speakers table, Donna Vlaisavich, Helen Knezevich, who's medical accompyishments we have heard so much about, and Eleanor Lindgren, and the years have really been kind to them. Let me see, who else do I remember as bein I present? Claude Mazzaco, Shir- ley Dust, Matt Chadish, Shirley Guse, and Major George Cvejanovich, of the Army Intelligence Dept., with Gay Stuck, and Capt. Ricliard Chockul with Betty Conners occupied one table, and they really made a distinctive looking crowd. George Triplett, who by the way now has Ihis own well known band, had as his guest Lillian Vidovich, well-known journalist, and George Pavlos, concert violinist, with Cecilia Carlson made a beguilling looking foursdme. Also at one of ' the main tables, chatting away about old times were Elaine Dukas, Florence Hedges, and Model for Vogue, AudreIy Peterson, of course, as expected, the so voted class pals were together, namely Bob Schhfer and Jeanette Pearson. Above all the noise and clanking dishes colild be heard distinctive talking of June, most talkative Dust. It really surprised everyone, myself included, when Art Klug and Dorothy Baker came to the dinner together. Eagerly awaiting the dance music to start were Ethel Katz and Tom Ksiazek, yoted best dancers, they still top the list in my estimation. I I Always adding their witty remarks when thf: party seemed' drab made Adeline Difirancisco and Martin Pearson the center of attraction all evening. Bob Baker with Lillian Bingham, Gloria Hatlsler, Helen Zyluk, and Antionette Horn made a grand entrance in his eternal Baker Fli'l!6T!,, I Regarding well known celebraties, we were greatly honored to have in our presence Art Fata, star player on the Yankee Championship team.
