Bowen Forum The Bowen Forum is composed of the senior civics classes. Besides studying the regular civics course, every Friday is given over to the study of current events. Discussions, Hoof talks and de- bates on current topics furnish the material for club meetings. Occasionally through the efforts of some member of the classes, speakers are secured to address the club on topics of civic interest. This semester Dr. Reese, ex-president of Lom- bard College, spoke on the political situation in India.
