It is our hope that this pictorial resume will provide for you a permanent record of your many associations, both fellow students and teachers, and of the many activities that have transpired here at James Bowie School during the 1964-65 school year. We feel that by seeing within these pages school life as it actually happened, you will gain a deeper appreciation for your edu- cational opportunities and will have treasures with values unlimited. During the five years that Coach Hall has been a member of the James Bowie teaching staff, he has taught us English and this past year he guided the James Bowie Pirates to one of the finest football records in the school's history. Besides being a good teacher and an excellent coach, he has been a true friend. His sense of humor has turned what possibly would have been a dreary day into a cheerful and worth-while experience. We thank you, Coach Hall, for making a period in our education process a more mean- ingful and enjoyable time of our lives. To the Students of James Bowie High School: To you who are leaving, I wish you success in your hopes and aspirations. May you, as grad- uates, realize that we have helped you in some small measure on your way to becoming good, well-adjusted American adults. To You who have not yet finished your High School education, may our future relationship be bothpleasant and profitable. May you all look back through the pages of this book and remember many fine and wonderful experiences that have been yours and ours.
