Those nine were Marian Schmidt, Bob Manville, Marjorie Semple, Mickey NValdron, Dennis NVig'ing'ton, Phillip Eaton, Leslie Powell, David Hampton, and Lawrence Moran. Sargefmt-at-Arms Class Colors: Green and NVhite Flower: flweetpeas The graduation ceremony was held on May 16th. Bob Manville gave the welcome, Caroline Bird the farewell, Lawrence Moran the class history, and Leslie Powell the class will. The eighth grade boys did a pretty good job on their basketball trips, with the help of two of the seventh grade boys. They made trips to towns in both Colorado and lVyoming. Lawrence Moran, Bob Manville, and Leslie Powell held the highest point record. PAGE 14

Our initiation consisted of the usual 'teleetriew chair, food stuiiis, and plank walking. NVQ: also wore some very unusual clothes during the week and submitted to painting the JH on the airport hill. Our most successful social doing during the year was the Christmas party. The gym was decorated with a huge tree and everyone reeeived a present from Santa Claus.
