ATTer careful insTrucTion The sTudenTs presenT plays in school and To The public: This year WesT Side STory, The Heiress, and The Boy Friend were given in The l.iTTle TheaTer and in MorTon WesT's audiTorium. WesT Side STory was This year's all disTricT play. Some 700 people, in all, were connecTed wiTh The sTaging. A combined all disTricT band was chosen Trom The MorTon schools To add The musical loaclcground To The play. Those who saw WesT Side STory will agree ThaT iT was a greaT producTion. No sTudenT is Too young Tor WesT Side STory and no adulT is Too old. IT uses song, dance, and drama as media oT expression as no oTher music-drama has succeeded in doing.
