This will be a familiar scene fo fhose who frequenfed fhe foofball games during fhe season. Here we see fhe Musfangs preparing fheir defence during fhis year's homecoming game. The Musfangs were unable fo beaf Proviso Easf in a brillianf affempf by bofh feams. Several members of 'lhe Nlorfon Easl' band are admiring fheir floaf which fook firsl' place in 'lhe iuclg- ing. Sfudenfs will remember fhe music cleparfmenf as fradifionally making a 'lop class floaf. l-ligh school memories will always be filled wifh freasured momenfs of laughfer and happiness such as fhose of homecom- ing day. The air was crisp and rang wifh excifemenf. Affer many hours of hard worlc. fhe floafs and cars were finally ready fo be displayed in fhe parade. The queens, seaf- ed upon fheir fhrones, added fhe maiesfic nofe fo fhe long line of decorafed vehicles while fhe onloolcing crowd followed fhe pa- rade fo fhe fradifional homecoming game. The bleachers and sfands were filled wifh happy and anxious roofers who cried for vicfory. The feam played well buf was un- able fo beaf fhe opposifion. l-lowever, fhrough fhe excifemenf of fhe day. fhe fans were able fo mainfain fhe spirif of enfhusi- asm which filled fhe air wifh a fhrilling feel- ing. Affer fhe games fhose who had pre- pared for an evening af fhe dance rushed home fo resf and gef ready. ln some ways. fhe dance, l-lappily Ever Affer, was fhe highlighf of fhe enfire homecoming. So fi- nally, fhe end of a perfecf day comes fo a close on anofher year's homecoming.
