the Seasons Sports have always played a large part in our school life. Although The sports changed with The seasons, that feeling of proudness for our teams remained The same. Spring was fairly pleasant on The diamond for our T962 nines. They were good Teams, but they just didn'T get the breaks at the right Times. Fall saw the excitement and attention of The student body focus on The football squads who played hard but were hindered by iniuries. Winter brought The spotlight down on The basketball courts and our fine boys who played on them. However, The various Team and individual athletic endeav- ors would have been to no avail if iT had not been for The school spirit generated by our wonderful cheerleaders. . Bill Posen strains hard to get off a Two-handed iump shot against The Evanston Wildkits. John Heitmanek prepares To field a long drive during a baseball game.
