Johnson vs. Grissom Johnson displayed a fine team in this annual battle of tradi- tional crosstown rivals. Grissom didn't stand a chance against a fired-up Jaguar team. Even the fact that this game was Gris- som's homecoming had no effect on the outcome. Johnson just couldn't be stopped. The final score was Johnson 29, Grissom 6. Johnson vs. Decatur Johnson’s final game of the season was a lost cause. Deca- tur reared through the game, winning 27-0. Johnson's team tried hard, and stopped several crucial Decatur plays in the course of the game. The Jaguars' season ended with a fizzle, this being their third loss in a row. 241
