VICA and DECA VICA and DECA are clubs for students enrolled in vocational and distributive programs. Their purpose is to join students with common occupa- tional objectives. Cadet Club and FBLA Cadet Club is an organization for interested MCJROTC. Membership is open to all Cadets. The club is sponsered by the ROTC staff.
