Dave Beck Speaks at Sports Banquet The Sport's Banquet was an evening of recognition for ath- letes, cheerleaders, and the dance team. The football team was honored for its city and district titles. The cheerleaders and dance team received recognition for the first place awards they have won. Individual awards were Most Valuable player - Rob- ert Malone, Off. Lineman - David Waller, Off. Back - Dennis Gray. Defensive Back - Steve Crutchfield, and Defensive Line- man - Frank Humphrey. The Tri-Captains; David Waller, Dennis Gray, and Frank Humphrey; were also recognized.
