IJC President Mr. John S. Crubaugh Mr. John S. Crubaugh is serv- ing IJC as president for the twelfth year. President Cru- baugh holds both his B.S. and Master ' s degrees from Missis- sippi State University, and his M.Ed, degree from George Peabody College for Teach- ers. Mr. Crubaugh came to IJC as dean in 1 948 and moved to the presidency in 1960. President Crubaugh will retire at the end of this school year. 28
