One of the most out- standing was Vickie Ebbler in the shot and dis- cus. Stacy Bolivia and Kathy Tilton were the top distance runners. Virginia Havenhill and Veronica Mitrick ran the middle dis- tances. Many outstanding newcomers and freshmen were out this year, we're looking forward to seeing them out again next year.

Irvington has dominated the league for the past fifteen years. Coach- ing the team for his first year is Jerry Hein, who says that: We have a championship team on our hands. Playing for their fourth and final year is Barry Duncan, Hugo Mira- montes, and Jeff Cox who have led the team to their past three championships. Other players such as Danny Miramontes, Kai Chan, Steve Yoshinobu, John Nunez, and Jorge Sullivan have also worked very hard to bring Irvington their many victories.
