DEDICATION A steady growth in the prestige and facilities ojf Iona College has spanned its young history. This progress has not been attained without con- siderable effort and occasional sacrifice. Behind much of this effort is a group, the Board of Lay Trustees, whose members act as a liason between the college and general public and provide Iona with an experienced counseling group on busi- ness matters. Further assistance is rendered by them in procuring funds for the development program of the College as well as for specific capital improvements, scholarships, endowments and other purposes. The fulfillment of the members’ varied program is not the only result of their work. Perhaps even jnore significant is the edifying attitude of these gentlemen whose sense of Christian and civic responsibility is exemplary.
