andy Cane eindeer cicle The spirit of Christmas drifted into Inglemoor in many ways. A canned food drive was sponsored by the A.S.B. and it turned out great. In the competition against Bothell. Inglemoor was supremely victorious, having a thousand cans to Bothell’s 83. On December 21, the Holiday sounds of Clear Logic was heard from the glorified cafeteria, the place of the 1978 Christmas tolo. Couples danced in a dreamy world of snow- flakes falling from a red and green crepe paper sky. Snow was the theme of the Christmas Concert this year. A long fence of snowflakes surrounded the musicians, while even more snowflakes drifted down from the ceiling. All the members of the bands, choirs and orchestra gave a grand performance as was apparent by the large crowd that attended. Even Mr. Claus (alias Mr. Jackson) came to enjoy Christmas at Inglemoor. Joyous memories were created through the DECA members, who sponsored the Get Your Picture Taken With Santa event. now ree erry ngel anta 1. Tammy Davis. Craig Bruskland, Mike Hoskins. Rob Manahan and Mark Carson harmonize with the Jazz Ensemble. 5. German club members enjoyed the festive season at Leavenworth. 6. Sparkling ornaments were to be found everywhere 7. Jim Habedank and Karen Stewart pose for their picture at the Christmas Tolo. 8 Inglemoor's Swing Choir filled the gym with holiday sounds. 9. Playing accompaniment for the Concert Choir is Robert Manahan. 10. The snowflake fence outlined the way for the Symphonic Band.

All Types of Music Inglemoor s instrumentalists enjoyed another year of excellent music in 79. More than 200 students were involved in the five groups: Orches- tra. Stage Band. Jazz Ensemble. Concert Bank and Symphonic Band. Orchestra gave its listeners the usual good quality music as they played in the musical Guys and Dolls” in the fall. For the rest of the year they were kept busy by many performances. Stage Band is a relatively new group to Inglemoor. consisting of talented students who are all contributing to the “Jazz Sound.” Jazz Ensemble once again made us tap our toes as it played jazz style music with an excep- tional flair. They played in concerts and contests, this year; keeping very active. Concert Band and Symphonic Band kept occupied by forming pep bands, playing at con- tests and performing at various concerts.
