Spirit, Excitement, Inspiration ... Homecoming, that event that everyone looks forward to every year, began with a spirit-filled week. Floats, skits ana gimmicks caused a competition week. Sophomores dressed as cowboys; juniors dis- played their theme “Don't look back ' by wearing all kinds of crazy glasses. Seniors, the classy bunch, topped off the week wearing their class shirts, along with hats and backpacks, showing they’re on top of things and they’re “going places Friday, overall spirit day, ended with an excite- ment-filled assembly, which featured skits from each class and a skit from our cheerleaders. The sopho- more class came out victorious in overall competition. Football halftime activities included the band’s special show and the presentation of Homecoming Royalty and the parade of floats. Inglemoor played one of their most outstanding games against tne Juanita Rebels. Brian Russel’s 74- yard touchdown pass to Bill Hagerty was one of the key plays of the game. The final score was 25 - 6. The beautiful surroundings added to the mem- orable night as couples finished their evening at the Inglewood Country Club, dancing to the sounds of Deuces Wild. 1.
